Discount and Return Policy

Printed Materials, On-Line Instruments and Reports

Discount for printed materials and on-line products:

Orders over $5000 receive a 15% discount.

Orders over $8000 receive a 20% discount.

Please Note: International Clients are responsible for paying any additional taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) and Customs Duties assessed for materials shipped.

Additional taxes and Customs Duties are not included upon purchasing the materials. Clients will be notified and billed by the local customs office upon arrival of the shipment.

Government, Educational Institutions or Non Profit

15% discount on all orders. (Order placed by agency or institution.)

Return Policy

BCon will accept printed materials returned within ninety (90) days of purchase. There will be a 15% restocking fee (up to $500). The materials must be returned in salable condition and shipped to WIGT Printing, 324 Miller Avenue, Mill Valley CA, 94941, at the purchaser’s expense.
